Today I completed the MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator exam, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue sharpening my skills in a platform that so many organizations rely on daily.
This exam covers a wide range of technical areas within Microsoft 365, including identity and access management, compliance, security, and other core administrative functions. All of these play a critical role in keeping many businesses running smoothly. Gaining a more holistic understanding of these offerings allows me to see how the different pieces fit together to provide a comprehensive solution for my clients.
As I continue in my role at Palitto Consulting, my focus remains on serving clients by combining hands-on experience with a strong technical foundation. Completing the MS-102 is another step in that journey, and I look forward to applying what I’ve learned to better support and serve clients moving forward in 2026!
